If your need is knowing what the losses cost and what to do about them, soiling versus degradation versus downtime, priced per inverter, a rule-based portal will not produce that, and an analytics layer will. Buyers replacing Solar-Log outright are usually consolidating onto inverter-vendor portals plus an independent analytics layer; buyers keeping it usually add the analytics layer on top of the existing loggers.
