Prices exclude VAT. Plans are billed in EUR through Stripe and can be cancelled any time from billing settings. Capacity is the sum of your plants' equivalent MW, where a plant's equivalent MW is the larger of its rated MW and its storage MWh divided by 4. Solar and wind plants have no storage MWh, so they count as their rated MW.
